We will help you understand as much as you wish to know about the inner workings of ACT! by Sage. Our goal is for you to be self-sufficient using ACT! and use our time only as needed.

Our support sessions can include:
  • Conversion of your data to ACT!
  • Share the database correctly so all users can access the ACT! database
  • Setup synchronization for laptop computers as needed. Setup synchronization for Palm Pilots, Pocket PCs or Blackberries as needed.
  • Help you customize the ACT! database and screen layout to capture the information you need for more effective management and reporting from ACT! This will include the tabs in the ACT! screen and all fields, drop down lists, user security, etc.
  • Link ACT! and MS Word for letters. Link ACT! and Excel for Contact List exports and Sales Opportunity exports.
  • Modify and create reports for your specific needs
  • Training as needed to increase everyones ACT! skills
